It is the responsibility of the A.P. Please read through the following options and initial one ordering option that you would like American Tees to adhere to when accepting orders from your department.
EMPLOYEES SUBMIT QUOTES FOR APPROVAL AND PO#:

I authorize anyone in our department to place a quote only for approval to the following email addresses. These quotes will go to the following email(s) and will await approval and purchase order number. Please list those that are allowed to approve quotes for your department below by listing their name, phone and email address below:
Person(s) who are allowed to approve submitted quotes for orders on terms.
ONLY AUTHORIZED DEPARTMENT MEMBERS MAY PLACE QUOTES/ORDERS ON TERMS.

I only authorize the following people to place orders under our department for terms payments with an approved purchase order number. Any other person(s) must pay out of pocket for their personal orders and will not be allowed to place any orders on terms.
Approved person(s) who are allowed to submit quotes and orders for terms payments.
ANY DEPARTMENT MEMBER CAN PLACE A QUOTE/ORDER AS LONG AS THEY HAVE AN APPROVED PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER.

Online Ordering Portal

I would like a custom online portal created for employees to be able to go online and place/pay for their orders. Minimum sales of $10,000 per year must be guaranteed for free online ordering portal creation. (Approved department employees that are allowed to purchase on account terms must be listed on page 5, otherwise all other employees will be required to pay in full at the time of ordering, unless using the Annual Uniform Allowance Program.)

ANNUAL UNIFORM ALLOWANCE PROGRAM

American Tees is happy to offer an annual uniform allowance program. With this program, departments will be allowed to let their employees purchase uniforms and apparel through an online ordering portal that the department can pay for using the terms on account, letting their staff place the orders for themselves online without personal payment when needed.

There are Two Ordering Options for the Annual Program:
DEPARTMENT PAY OPTION:

For this option, we will add a payment method of Department Pay to the website for a certain amount of time, decided by the department. Employees are able to check out from the website using the department pay option and the department will be billed for the entire order amount. It is the department’s responsibility to check each order as it is placed (an email is sent to the account manager and they must deny the order within 48 hours if it is not approved for department pay). After the order has been produced, the department will be billed for each invoice and have the typical 30 day net terms on each invoice.
CUSTOM CODES FOR EACH EMPLOYEE:

For this option, the department will be responsible for sending a spreadsheet with the information for each employee including the name, email address, phone number and allowance amount for each employee. Each employee will have a code with their first and last name and the year they will enter in at check out that will take their allowance amount off their order. Anything over the allowed amount will be paid for via card at the employee’s expense. After the order has been produced, the department will be billed for each invoice and have the typical 30 day net terms on each invoice.
