  • Welcome to Stronger by Design - Training & Performance! 

    We understand that it can be hard to make it to the gym for face-to-face coaching and therefore we provide an online coaching service that still allows you to reach your goals no matter where you are located!

    This service is run via the Train Heroic app which handles all things programming along with data tracking to ensure you progress. Train Heroic is very user friendly, with videos attached to all exercises. There are also descriptions from us to ensure you receive the same que's and rationale for every exercise performed! This takes care of tempo, intensities required, and rest periods.

  • Services:

    • Individualised programming for your sport covering all things athletic performance.
    • Strength & Conditioning plans.
    • Periodised programming.
    • General population - fat loss, muscle gain, strength. 

    What is involved?

    • 1 x 30 min check in via phone call or zoom can be arranged from the client each week if needed. 
    • Video analysis to ensure safe lifting and correct form. 
    • Messaging is supported with no limit or extra charge. 
    • 4-week training blocks 

    PT Mate App:

    • Members will need to download the "PT Mate Member" which will also take care of direct debits. To connect your PT mate app, you will provide the number of 1962 to link the account along with "Joel Sacco". From here, you will be able to see your scheduled sessions and receive session reminders and add payment method. 

    Trainheroic App:

    • The TrainHeroic app is used for all things programming. You will recieve a invitation to your email where you will need to accept and make an account. The app can be found on the app store under "TrainHeroic".

    Costs and Billing:

    • $45 per week.
    • Direct debit set up via PT mate app, billing days will be arranged for every Monday of each week.
    • To allow payments to be processed, you will need to place your card details within the app by going to the three vertical dots on the bottom right-hand corner of the app, followed by “account settings” and finally scrolling down to the payment option. Receipts will be sent to your email from the PT mate app.

    Policies: 

    • Lock in monthly OR (4 week blocks) memberships along with 2 weeks notice of cancelation. This eliminates any unnecessary work completed behind the scenes if you wish to stop the online service. 
    • If a call or meeting is arranged and for any reason you do not make yourself available for the arranged time, there will not be a reschedule for that current week.
