Tell me more about what you’d like to get, please be detailed in your description! Do you want lighter or darker shading, if you’re getting a specific subject matter of say an animal or person, do you want it in a particular pose/angle/position, e.g. leaping/flying, etc. If you added photo references, please tell me what you like about each reference.
Please include a photo of the placement you’d like tattooed (ideally on your body)

This is especially useful for customs so I can draw to fit anatomy/space!

PREFERRED DAYS OF THE WEEK. I generally work Saturday and Monday and rotate a third day based on clients preferred schedule, e.g. sometimes I’ll work a Thursday or Friday if it works for folks. If you select OTHER please let me know your preferred days in the notes at the end of the form.

I understand that Sadie’s rate is 190/hr and it is up to me to be financially prepared for my session, and that I will be required to leave a non refundable deposit ranging from 105.00- 210.00.
I have read the booking FAQ located in the highlights on Sadie’s Instagram page and understand her policies (seriously, please read it).
I understand that in order to reschedule my appointment I will need to give 72 hours notice in order to keep my deposit. *Please note if you are feeling sick leading up to your appointment to contact me directly ASAP.*
I understand that if I am booking a flash piece that it will be shaded in black and grey, or I will specify if I would like colour instead.
I agree to not send AI references or AI design mock ups knowingly or to edit any of Sadie’s designs (if I am sent them in advance) using AI.
Sometimes my responses will go to your spam mail, I vary rarely take more than 3-4 days to get back to you, so if you haven’t heard from me check your spam.
