Vendor Application & Agreement

The Vintage Artisan is a JURIED MARKET. Vendor Selection is based on curation of product and booth presentation. In an attempt to provide the best selling and shopping experiences possible, we will only be allowing two (2) vendors per category (ie. two vendors selling handmade jewelry, two vendors selling vintage instruments, etc.)

Products & Booths

Due to this desire to provide customers with a variety of quality products, VENDOR APPLICATIONS MUST INCLUDE PHOTOGRAPHS REPRESENTING THE PRODUCTS TO BE SOLD, AS WELL AS A WRITTEN DESCRIPTION OF THESE PRODUCTS AND A WRITTEN DESCRIPTION OF THE VENDOR BOOTH.

Booths must be decorated and staged in a way that compliments and enhances the shopping experience of the market. The quality of the products, variety and booth presentation all affect your sales, the sales of your fellow vendors and the experience of the market as a whole. Please keep this in mind when applying and selecting products.

The Vintage Artisan is a market for antique, vintage, artisan and hand-crafted products. Vintage / Antique products must be 40 years old or older, while artisan / hand-crafted products must be created by you or your team / employees. Only 20% of your booth is allowed to be purchased new (ie. wood, light bulbs, florals, etc.)

Setup

Vendors must bring your own supplies for your booth such as, tables, linens, electrical cords and power strips.

Vendor set up will be Friday from 10:00am - 6:00pm. Vendors, please be in your booth ready to sell by 8:30am on Saturday. Please check in with me when you arrive and I will show you to your booth.

Tear Down

Please do not start tearing down your booth until after 4:00pm on Saturday. All vendors must be packed up and vacated from the building before 7:00pm on Saturday.

**THE VINTAGE ARTISAN ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS, THEFT, DAMAGED ITEMS, INJURIES OR THE LIKE.

**ATTENDING VENDORS AGREE TO ALLOW THE VINTAGE ARTISAN TO TAKE AND USE IMAGES OF PRODUCTS, BOOTHS AND INDIVIDUALS FOR MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES.

Confirmation

The Vintage Artisan is going to be a positive, happy, friendly market! Happy vendors equals happy shoppers; customers want an enthusiastic environment where they can enjoy their shopping experience! PLEASE BE COURTEOUS, AND FRIENDLY TO YOUR FELLOW VENDORS AND CUSTOMERS. NEGATIVITY HAS NO PLACE AT THE VINTAGE ARTISAN MARKET!

**ALL FEES MUST BE PAID BY THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2024. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ONCE BOOTHS HAVE BEEN PAID FOR.
