  • Due to the multiple cancellations from certain photographers a non refundable deposit will now be required before shooting with me. As I supply my own wardrobe, nails, makeup and hair it gets expensive when people cancel last minute. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • I. INTRODUCTION
    This contract was made on *signed date* This contract is between the Model (Karissa) and the photographer *Listed above*

     

    II. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
    The Model (Karissa) and the Photographer (listed above) acknowledge the terms of this Contract and will comply.

    III. TERMS
    This contract will begin on *Scheduled date*. A new contract for renewal of terms will be created for every scheduled session.

    IV. PAYMENT FEES
    A. The total payment will be $250 for a minimum 2 hour shoot ($150 per hr) or $350 for full nude shoot or any brand representation. 
    B. Payment of non refundable $50 deposit will be made at (or within 24hrs after) the signing of this contract.
    C. The remaining payment should be made at the start of the session.
    D. The Model (Karissa) will be liable for paying appropriate taxes.

    V. REQUIREMENTS
    A. The photographer should create original content which is decent, clear, and edited naturally.
    B. An approval from the Model (Karissa) is required before uploading the content anywhere other than the photographers' (listed above) portfolio.
    C. The approved created content may be shared by the photographer (listed above) and Model (Karissa) to her social media accounts listed below:

    D. The Model (Karissa) can request to the photographer to add tags, links, or titles in the description of the uploaded media.

    E. The content should be compliant with the terms and conditions of the social media platform being used.

    F. The content should not contain any vulgar language or lewd acts and should be suited for everyone.

    G. The model (Karissa) will tag the photographer (listed above) on content that's used/shared, but is not required to tag the photographer in a specific way the photographer wants/asks.

    VI. COPYRIGHT
    The photographer (listed above) and model (Karissa) will own the copyrights of the uploaded content. However, both parties are allowed to share it to their own respective channels individually.

    VII. CONFIDENTIALITY
    This contract is strictly confidential and only authorized persons are allowed to see. The photos taken are confidential between both parties (listed above). Photos may not be used without permission to sell, trade, use, or post anywhere other than social media listed above.

    VIII. AMENDMENT
    This contract can only be changed or modified through the written consent of both parties (Model and Photographer).

    IX. GOVERNING LAW
    This contract shall be governed under the laws of Rhode Island and whatever state the content is created in.

    X. SIGNATURES
    We, the undersigned, agreed that we have read this contract and bounded by its terms and conditions.
