Electricity: None, You can bring your own generator if it's quiet!
Tent Space Size: Single space = 10' wide by 10' long.
ALL tents outside are required to have a minimum of 20-lbs. weight attached to each leg – NO Exceptions!
Your spot is NOT reserved until your invoice is paid.
ALL BOOTH SPACES ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS!
-THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. THERE IS NO RAIN DATE.
-If covid-19 shuts us down there will be NO REFUNDS! We use all of the money for advertising, venue rental, insurance and other event expenses.
-To make it more profitable for all, we attempt to limit the quantity of like items to a reasonable number, but we cannot guarantee you will be the only vendor(s) of your craft or item type.
-No refunds or cancellations for any reason whatsoever.
-We use the vendor money for Advertising, Venue Rental and other event expenses.
-Limited space! Get your application in EARLY!
-We will attempt to accommodate location requests however we cannot guarantee this.
-Applications are considered on a first received, first considered basis.
-You are to be set up and ready at your booth by no later then 9:30 am the morning of the event. You are not to tear down until 3:00 pm unless told by the event coordinator otherwise. *Emergencies arise and is understandable. Please simply contact Angela Emberton or Tracey Ludwig in case of such emergencies that would cause you to need to leave before the event is over.
-CHILDREN under 10 are Required to stay at your booth space at all times unless accompanied by an adult.
-By submitting this form you agree that you will not hold Angela Emberton, Tracey Ludwig, the owners of the event location, other vendors or event participants responsible for theft, damage, injury or any other unexpected/unforeseen events.
