This application is the official entry form for the 2024 FMBC State Prelims and Finals. The FMBC State Prelims and Finals will utilize FMBC Rules and Score Sheets. Registration includes 1 Director Credential Pass, and 9 additional staff credential passes for State Prelims and Finals. An additional 20 passes for chaperones/staff for Preliminary Rounds will be issued. If your band makes finals, 20 additional passes will be issued.

Registration is closed at Midnight on October 15, 2024. By submitting this form, you agree to follow the Rules and Regulations and submit all Music Copyright documents when requested. All entry fees are non-refundable.
