FMBC - 2023 State Championships Registration

This application is the official entry form for the 2023 FMBC State Prelims and Finals. FMBC State Prelims and Finals will utilize FMBC Rules and Score Sheets. Registration includes: 1 Director Credential Pass and 9 additional staff credential passes for State Prelims, and Finals plus 20 additional passes for chaperones/staff for Prelims.

Registration is closed at Midnight, October 1st, 2023. By submitting this form, you agree to follow the Rules and Regulations and submit all Music Copyright documents when requested. All entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
