Cancellation Policy

We require at least 2 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If you are not able to make your time slot please call: 913-624-2939.

2 missed appointments without notification will result in a temporary pause in services.

Arriving 10 minutes or more late to your appointment will automatically cancel your appointment and count as a missed appointment.

What to Expect

Please take 3-4 days worth of food to supplement your weekly grocery store trip. We do have limits on certain items. Those limits are posted. Thank you for following the guidelines which allow us to serve a large number of families each month.
