  • Have you been searching for a fun and exciting way to stay in shape during the summer? A.C.E. Skill Development presents our fourth XC Camp for young male athletes. Take a trip to Galax, VA, the “gateway to the Blue Ridge Parkway.” Train with the highest card in the deck, take in the beautiful sights of Galax and make new friends during this five-day summer camp experience. Each day will consist of a morning and afternoon run as well as strength training. In between, you’re invited to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner and a variety of free-time activities such as: fishing, hiking, cornhole, horseshoes and more!     Camp Dates: July 12th - 16th

    Cost of camp is $550 and will cover:


    Travel, T-shirt, food and stay.
    It does not cover mountain biking, kayak and extra activities outside of running. So campers will need some extra money for that.


    Things to note:


    1. No drugs or alcohol will be allowed or tolerated.

    2. Daily morning wake-up call is 9:00 a.m. sharp.

    3. Each camper will be expected to be in bed by 12:00 a.m.

    Make sure you pack:


    1. Enough clothes for training and relaxing.

    2. Shoes for training and comfortable shoes for leisure.

    3. Watch

    4. Swimsuit for watersports and other activities.

    5. Towels and washcloths.

    6. Toiletries.

    7. Tent/sleeping bag.

    8. Flashlight.

    9. Snacks/drinks (three meals per day will be provided).

    10. Free-time activities include, but aren’t limited to: • Team building activities • Fishing • Hiking • Mountain biking • Kayaking/tubing • Paintball • Cornhole • Polish • Horseshoes • Kan Jam • Ladderball
    (Note: All of these activities will be supervised by adults and conducted in a safe manner.)
