    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for customers.
    • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and making informed purchasing decisions.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented sales floor and work area.
    • Learn and maintain knowledge of products, brands, and current promotions.
    • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to support store goals and daily operations.
    • Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
    • Maintain a positive, professional, and engaged approach throughout the workday.
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and store.

    • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
    • Well-developed communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
    • Ability to stay on task and remain productive with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
    • Ability to remain on your feet for the duration of a shift.

    Helpful Experience

    • Previous retail or customer service experience.

    • What is the schedule for this job? 

    • This position can be full-time or part-time, with schedules Monday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Shifts are 4, 6, or 8 hours, with approximately 18–40 hours available per week. Schedules may include opening, afternoon, or closing shifts based on your availability and store needs. Saturdays and holidays are required, with Saturdays worked on a rotating basis. We can work with your schedule to find a shift that works for you.

    • What is the pay for this job? 

    • Ranging from $14-16 per hour, depending on experience.
