Setup and Policies:
**All vendors must be setup and ready by 9:00am Saturday, Sept. 16th**
**Vendor setup starts Friday, Sept. 15th @ 4:00pm**
1. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, displays, and extension cords.
2. Vendors are responsible for any loss or damage to their own property.
3. The Spencer Lions Club Festival Committee reserves the right to remove any
materials or products that do not comply with our/community standards.
4. Vendors selling food must comply with the Owen County Health Department
requirements and have all the needed certificates and permits the county and state
may require.
5. Tents must be contained within your own purchased booth space.
6. Unfortunately, there will not be a rain date. The 2023 Apple Butter
Festival will take place rain or shine and without refunds.
