Food Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in applying to Pachena Bay Music Festival 2023 as a Food Vendor. Pachena Bay Music Festival takes place July 14-17 2023 in Pachena Bay nestled beside Bamfield BC on the west coast of Vancouver Island, on the traditional and modern lands of the Huu-ay-aht.

Food is an important part of the Pachena Bay festival experience. We expect to have between 750 + attendees, crew members and volunteers who will be on-site for up to 4 days. We are looking for vendors who offer tasty and nourishing options and are willing to help us fulfill our mandate of minimizing our environmental impact.

Important Information

-Food Vendor Applications close on March 15 2023

-All successful applicants will be responded to by March 31 2023

-Only successful applicants will be contacted

-There is limited space and the production is prioritizing vendors that have a unique menu. Very limited food trucks will be selected.

-The road to Pachena Bay is a long and bumpy one, we want to ensure that all vendors are aware of this and are able to make it to the event.
