We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our Internet Fulfillment team in our Boise store. As a member of the Internet Fulfillment team, you will handle our end-to-end online order processes including order pulling, packaging, shipping, and location management. We carry all the top brands from Nike and Hoka to Vortex and Sitka! In addition to working with the best gear and products, you'll have access to employee-only discounts and exclusive vendor deals!

Key Responsibilities

• Uses technology to locate products on the sales floor and back stock areas
• Manages locations for products not on the sales floor
• Packages completed sales orders
• Processes packaged orders through available shipping services
• Participates in the continuous process of improvement activities
• Fulfilling in-store pickup orders

Qualifications

• Fast learner
• Strong attention to detail
• Sense of urgency, full of energy, and a positive attitude
• Clear communication skills

• The ability to work with a team is mandatory
• Must be able to work on your feet for the whole shift
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs
