TERMS & CONDITIONS
Refunds & Cancellations:
1. Your enquiry is booked with a 50% non-refundable deposit
2. A Refund, less your non-refundable deposit and any 3rd party fees (eg: permits, 3rd party policies) may be issused if cancellation notice is 14 days BEFORE event /order date. Forfeit of any funds after this time.
3. Postponement may be an option if date is avaible. Case by case agreement, please get in touch if you need to postpone immediately.
4. If you opt to postpone your event /order, you will be ineligible for a refund.
Loss or damage of hired items:
All items supplied to the customer are property of Goodness Grazes or third party companies.
Damage to or loss of items within the period of hire, needs to be reported by the customer to Goodness Grazes immediately.
1. If the items are lost, the customer must pay to Goodness Grazes the current replacement cost of the items.
2. If the items are damaged, the customer must pay for all repairs or if not possible – replacement costs.
Security:
The customer is responsible for the supervision and security of Goodness Grazes items until the end of your booking.
In the event that items are stolen from location;
1. The customer agrees to cover the costs to replace items stolen under the supervision of the customer during the period of hire.
Bond:
We have not and intend not to charge a securtiy bond for any booking. We believe that this cost is not always necessary and have faith our clients will take great care of our property.
We are a very chill family business and know mess and spills may always occur, especially when you're having fun!! Please note we will charge for any stubborn stains such as "red wine" stains.
Arrival & Departure:
We will arrive to the location of choice approximately 1 - 3 hours prior to the start time of your picnic. If there are any concrens we will text you immediately. Please ensure best contact is provided.If the customer experiences delays for arrival, please contact Goodness Grazes immediately.
1. Ensure to arrive on time or shortly after the allocated start time. Please note your picnic will NOT be ready before your allocated time slot.
2. Longer durations can be negotiated, just speak to us on the day.
3. Your confirmation email will have a map for navigation from car park to picnic.
Rain / Wet weather:
1. If wet weather is predicted, we will need to relocate to a sheltered location or hire a gazebo.
2. Please have a back up plan to accommodate. We can work with you to find a new shelterd location, however we can not guarantee availability.
3. Any public sheltered location that is "first in, first served", we suggest that you have someone secure this for you as we arrive to the location about 1 - 1.5 hours prior to event starting. Popular shelter locations will be snapped up quickly on wet days.
4. Want to keep your preferred location? We suggest hiring a gazebo. We can organise this for you and have our supplier set this up. From simple standard gazebos to a luxury Arabian Cabana . Additional hire cost applies. Luxury cabana hire from $800. Standard gazebo with sufficient walls from $100
5. We may be able to postpone your booking. Please reach out and we will try to accommodate if available. Special events ie; Valentines Day can not be postponed.
