    Applications are accepted through until spaces are filled. Spaces fill on a first come - first served basis. Past attendance does NOT guarantee an acceptance for 2023. We reserve the right to refuse any application. Merchandise in booth MUST be appropriate and family-friendly. ALL Tent SPACES ARE OUTDOORS.

  • Booth Reservation For season dates are listed below if you are interested in vending at future markets, please select the dates your available ( each market you will receive an acceptance email unless stated otherwise. )*
  • Check-In/Setup is from 7:30am-8:45am. Do you agree to that?*
  • Acceptance Terms:

    Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email and an invoice for their booth. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media and website. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
  • Sales Tax:

    FLORIDA Sales Tax is 6%
  • Booth Specifics:

    You as a vendor, are responsible for all of your own tables and chairs. Because this event is outside in our pastures, we REQUIRE 10×10 tent. So, COME PREPARED and bring weights 35-45 lbs for that tent!!
  • Cancellation Policy:

    In the event that market needs to be canceled due to weather full refund, otherwise no show or short notice ( week prior) NO REFUND

    Once vendor received an approval email from Kelita's Market on the Farm Vendor has 72 hours to confirm, otherwise Market will move forward to next vendor application. Do you agree to that?

  • RAFFLE REQUEST

    We hope to continue to offer a $20 ENTRY. This is doable with your generous contributions towards our raffle drawings and donations/sponsorships. The small business that donates an item will be advertised on our social media platform and showcased through out the month leading to the event.All raffle ticket sales 100% go to helping someone in need/ for yhe cause of each month. After each event the contributions will be announced. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
