Our non-refundable deposit policy is designed to benefit serious buyers like yourself, maintaining a fair and efficient purchasing process for all our valued customers.
Your deposit reserves a specific vehicle from our inventory or production line exclusively for you. This reservation ensures that your chosen vehicle won't be sold to anyone else. Your deposit will be applied as a down payment toward your purchase or lease.
To ensure a smooth experience, we ask that you complete delivery within three days of the vehicle becoming available – either immediately for in-stock units or within three days of arrival for incoming vehicles. Otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited and your order will be canceled.
By placing your deposit, you're taking the exciting first step towards driving home in your new vehicle, and we're committed to making that journey as seamless as possible.
By signing below:
1. You agree to the pricing terms and fees communicated to you by your sales representative and described at pretoy.com/MSRP;
2. You agree to complete delivery within three days of us notifying you that the vehicle is available;
3. Out-of-state customers: You agree to pay all applicable sales taxes imposed by your state in relation to this transaction;
4. You agree that your $500.00 deposit is non-refundable should you decide to cancel, make changes, postpone delivery, or otherwise not take delivery of this specific vehicle.
In the unlikely event of any error on our part, we would promptly refund your deposit.
If your vehicle's pricing changes from what was originally offered due to factors beyond our dealership's control (e.g.: tariffs, manufacturer pricing changes, etc.) and you do not wish to proceed with the purchase, we would promptly refund your deposit.
