A research fee is required in order to proceed with booking your trip. Due to the vast changes in travel, if you are not ready to make a deposit within 48 hours, please do not complete this form.     Please be advised that in order to perform the best possible search to design/arrange your travels a research fee is required.

     

    Vacation planning takes time and thought. During the planning of every trip, I take pride in the service and work that is provided. My research involves hotels, cruises, vacation packages, vacation homes, tours/activities, contacting suppliers on your behalf, coordinating transportation, drafting itineraries and much more. I will provide itineraries, vacation plans and tailored travel arrangements that give you peace of mind and save you some time.

     

    Once I have created your itinerary/quote, you are free to shop it on the internet, or wherever you choose. If you decide not to book through me for ANY reason then the fee will be retained by me as payment for services rendered. QUOTED RATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL A DEPOSIT OR PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE! 

     

    Once a quote is provided, you have up to 14 DAYS to respond on how you would like to proceed! After 14 days, the quote is no longer VALID and a new research fee will be required to proceed. Please be mindful that quotes are subject to change once provided, so it's best to be deposit ready.

    For a date change only to a package that is posted on my social media pages, there will be a $10 fee.

    For more than one destination search, an additional fee of $10 will apply. Please allow 72 hours turnaround time. 

     

    Note: Research fees are NOT applied to your balance. There will be NO travel planning until the research fee has been received. NO quotes, itineraries, etc. will be released.
