The required approval letter must be on your local chefs association’s letterhead. This must be signed by your association’s President, who must be the President of your national Worldchefs association as well. You can use the approval letter template available on the Worldchefs website.

Documents to prove that you have either been a Regional Judge or a Rookie Judge at two (2) Major Worldchefs Competitions. IKA Germany, World Cup Luxembourg, FHA Singapore, Rimini Italy, Nordic Green Chef Scandinavia, HOFEX Hong Kong, Worldchefs Global Chef Semi-finals and Finals and Bocuse d´Or France

Provide evidence that you have competed in a competition as a team member in a National Team or Regional Team and achieve a minimum of silver medal standards.

Note 1: All applications will be reviewed by the Worldchefs Culinary Competition Committee Chair and the decision to grant renewal status will be communicated to the applicant by the Committee Chair through the Worldchefs office in Paris. The Culinary Competition Committee has the right to refuse renewal status even if the above requirements are completed.
Note 2: If you are applying for a Pastry, Vegan / Plant Base Cuisine, Community Catering or Carving recognition as a judge, you must have completed a Worldchefs Competition Seminar relevant to that craft.
