  • Policies and Important Information

    To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the policies below. Each section requires acknowledgement before completing your booking.
  • GUEST COUNT POLICY

    For parties where the majority of guests are under age 4, LPAC can accommodate up to 16 children total, including the birthday dancer.

    For parties where most children are closer to the 5–6 year old range, the maximum increases to 20 children.

    A $10 fee will be applied for each child over 16 to allow us to provide additional staffing and support.

  • THEME & PERSONALIZATION

    LPAC provides a standard gold and pink party theme. Package items cannot be swapped or replaced, and refunds are not provided for unused items.

    Families may independently purchase and provide ONLY the following if desired:
    • Tablecloths (typically 5–6)
    • Goody bag additions (bags are provided by LPAC)
    • Dessert – cupcakes or cake may be brought
    • Drinks – juice boxes may be brought
    • Prepackaged snacks for the children only (chips, goldfish, applesauce, etc.)

    Items brought by families are considered additions and do not replace items included in the package.

    Custom banners, balloon installs, or décor changes beyond this scope cannot be accommodated.

  • DECORATIONS DROP OFF POLICY
     

    All additional decorations, goodie bag add ins, prepackaged snacks and more must be dropped off by the Wednesday prior to your party.

    To keep our team on schedule, we are unable to decorate or add items the day of the event (aside from cupcakes/cake). Our staff will not be able to accommodate additional décor brought the day of the party and it will not be set up.

  • SHARED FACILITY POLICY
     

    LPAC often hosts multiple parties, classes, or events at the same time. To maintain a positive experience for all families, setup timing, layout changes, and customization are limited. Common areas such as the lobby and restrooms may be used by all. 

  • FOOD ADD-ON POLICY
     

    If you would like pizza for the children, it must be added through the LPAC Pizza Party Package.

    This package includes:

    • Pizza for the children ONLY
    • An additional 30 minutes of party time to accomodate eating 

    Additional food beyond individually packaged snacks is not permitted.

    This option is only available for parties where staffing and scheduling allow and must be arranged at the time of booking. It is only available for ages 5+.
