Welcome to the unincorporated King County (UKC) Economic Alliance Program Application. The UKC Economic Alliance offers three programs to support economic growth across UKC. They are:

Career Connector:

Living wage career and entrepreneurial navigation

For individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Unemployed or under-employed in unincorporated King County.

• Searched for work sometime in the past 12 months.

• Employed part-time but who want and are available for full-time work.

• Employed but seeking a position with greater opportunities for economic advancement.

Business Builder:

Small business technical assistance

For small businesses with fewer than 15 full time employees in unincorporated King County.

Community Innovator:

Microbusiness incubation and assistance

For micro businesses in unincorporated White Center/North Highline, Skyway, Boulevard Park/South Park.
