  • Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that a container will be provided to me by the Department of Solid Waste Management and will remain the property of such. I accept responsibility for the container and agree to return it at the time of termination of service to avoid replacement charges. The monthly recurring fee is only for the service of the container and not the purchase. I understand that any violation on the terms for usage of the container may be grounds of services being terminated by the city with no refund. This application/service agreement does not guarantee that the property address qualifies for curbside recycling services. Please read information and eligibility criteria.

A monthly fee of $5 will be charged to the water account. Service is provided twice a month.
