All participants must review, agree to, sign, and send this release to sail on the Tequila Sunset or any Puerto Vallarta Boat Club tours.

You may participate in activities like snorkeling, scuba, swimming. boating, eating tasty food including seafood and drinking your own alcohol etc.

By participating on our tours, you acknowledge there is a risk associated with these activities and you are participating at your own risk. You agree to release Puerto Vallarta Boat Club and its owners and members from all liability.

Please be mindful of the safety instructions and indications from your guide/captain to ensure your safety.

We can’t sell you alcohol. You agree that any alcohol consumed on the boat was purchased by you or your friends.

We can’t allow intoxicated guests on the boat. If you are intoxicated at the sole discretion of our crew, you may be removed from the tour and boat. There is no refund for intoxicated guests.
