Once you have submitted your design form and payment have been successfully submitted, you will recieve a to confirm the start of the design process.

You will receive 3 drafts.

There is a (3) revision limit, after that revision costs can vary depending on the changes requested.

Finalized logo files will be sent through email and will include jpeg, and png.

Additional file types are available upon request.

TURNAROUND TIME

Standard turnaround time for logo development is 7 - 10 business days. Business days do not include holidays or weekends. Rush orders are available by the designers availability at an additional fee.

Turnaround time does not begin until all both payment and all required information is received from the client. Please keep in mind that multiple revisions may cause delays that are longer than the normal turnaround time.

Turnaround times can be extended if thers is a high volume of orders, illness, natural disasters, etc. Customers will be notifided at that time if there is a delay.
