This form will provide the ROBINSON Marketing Team with all the essential information about your event so we can get you all the necessary promotional material you need to have a successful event.

Please ensure you submit this form at least 3-weeks (4-weeks for 90th Anniversary Events) prior to your event to ensure the Marketing Team has enough time to create all promotional materials and you have enough time to promote your event and get customers to attend!

Your event collateral package will include:

Event Poster*	To print and hang in-branch.
Event Emailable PDF*	For you to send out to your targeted customer list.
Event Prize Pack Giveaway	ROBINSON branded merch to giveaway at the event.
Digital Contest Entry Form	People will enter the contest giveaway by filling out the digital contest form.
Prize Pack Giveaway Poster	To be put next to the prize pack in order to draw attention and so people can scan a QR Code and fill out the form to enter.
Branch Checklist and Tips	A short guide for you including tips, tricks, and checklists to help you run a successful event.

 

*Posters and invites will include logos of PARTNER vendors only. We will not include non-partner vendors or sales agency logos on these items. However, if you provide the sales agency and non-partner vendors, we will include their names in the body copy of the poster and invite.
