What type of room? For hotels, select: garden view, pool view, swim out, ocean view, oceanfront, king bed, double beds, etc., don't care. For a cruise, select: interior, oceanview, internal balcony, internal virtual balcony, balcony, suite, and also or Forward, Mid, or Aft of the ship. *

If available, what particular amenities do you prefer? Options might be: adult beverages, specialty dining, a-la-carte dining, wifi, fitness center, dry-cleaning/laundry service, kids clubs, spa treatments, specialty coffees, etc.*

What are your preferred or favorite suppliers or brands? For example, for lodging: what theme or vibe of the destination? For Disney or Universal, do you want to stay on-property or off? *Note that there are some off-property resorts I can quote too. For resorts, do you want to stay near water, on a high-floor, or near an elevator? Supplier example: Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, RIU, Beaches, Sandals, Bahia Principe, etc. *

What interests you? Do you prefer high-energy, adventure-seeking activities, or to relax & chill? What weather/climate suits you? Do you want kids activities, are you a foodie? Are you culture-driven, like historical experiences, what about excursions, golf, casinos, pubs/bars, shopping, spa treatments, etc...?*

What are your favorite Theme Parks? (if you desire theme park(s) on this vacation)

*example: WDW Magic Kingdom, Universal Islands of Adventure, Disneyland California Adventure, etc.

How many days would you like to spend at the theme parks? Do you think you will want to go to more than one park per day? Do you want to go to a water park, too?

For example: WDW has 4 theme parks, plus 1 water park. Universal Florida has 2, plus a water park. Disneyland has 2 theme parks.

Does everyone have a current passport? Have you have checked that it doesn't expire until at least 6 months after this vacation? (Passports are required for travel outside of the U.S., unless on a closed loop cruise. Meaning sailing from U.S. port and returning to a U.S. port). *Note - You will also want your passport to get back home if for some reason you need medical care while at port in another country and can't get back onboard the cruise ship.*

Yes - I will submit a photocopy of each person's passport or take a photo and text the image(s) at time of booking.No - but will get it and provide a photocopy of my passport. (It can take at least 6 weeks, usually more to get passports unless you expedite it. NOTE: Your vacation might not be refundable if you don't get it prior to final payment).

Travel Insurance: What does it mean?

Yes, I will use the vendor's travel insurance.No, I don't want travel insurance. I will sign and return the waiver declining travel insurance when you send it.No, I have a third party travel insurance. *Note: Proof required. I agree to be send to Parks & Ports within a week of the paid deposit.No thanks. I will find my own travel insurance. I will secure one and provide proof of purchase and the plan within a week of the paid deposit. *Suggestions: Travel Insured, Allianz, etc.

What is your total budget, MINUS airfare? Your answer should include insurance, ground transportation, taxes & fees. (Parks & Ports does not reserve airfare unless included in a package offer).*

I need your budget information. Please note that an unrealistic budget doesn't help either one of us. Please provide what your feasible budget is. It narrows the time spent searching. I'm fine with a high or low dollar amount, I will work hard either way to find you the best price available, preferably less than your budget, and will continue to look for promotions even after booking, but before final payment.
