    * Notice that there will be a review process to resolve conflicting room reservations. Reservations will be prioritized based upon parish/school needs.

    * When school is closed, please pay attention to communications. Masses will remain as scheduled but certain buildings closed and activities canceled as needed.

    * If your event is canceled, please call the rectory as soon as possible.

  • ROOM INFORMATION

    Fellowship Room

    • 48 person capacity
    • $50/hr (parishioner rate)
    • $100/hr (non-parishioner rate)
    • 3 hour minimum
    • Room has 85" Smart TV for viewing or presentations
    • Room is setup with (8) 5' round tables, 48 chairs, and (2) 6' long tables
    • Tables are covered with fitted cloths.  If soiled, please set aside for maintenance staff to launder.  More table covers can be found in top cabinets.

    Lower Rectory Hall

    • 60 person capacity
    • Reservable with donation to the Church
    • Room has 85" Smart TV for viewing or presentations
    • Room is setup with (12) 6' long tables and 48 chairs
    • Tables are covered with fitted cloths. If soiled, pelase set aside for maintenance staff to launder. 

    Gym / Family Center

    • 400 person capacity
    • $100/hr (parishioner rate)
    • $150/hr (non-parishioner rate)
    • 4 hour minimum
    • Room has new wireless sound system and bluetooth connected to the overhead speakers. There are 2 wired microphones, 2 wireless handheld microphones, and 1 wireless lapel microphone available for use.
    • 150" screen available for presentations
    • There are (110) 6' long tables, (33) 6' round tables, and 400 chairs available

  • Renter MUST carry Commercial General Liability Insurance. If not, the necessary coverage may be obtained by purchasing “Special Events Liability Insurance” coverage through the Diocesan Insurance Office through Assumption Church for $135.   • Room Clean-up Procedure

    We appreciate your assistance to help complete the following tasks when
    using the Assumption's meeting spaces.  Our goal is to leave the room ready for the next group to use.

    Tables & Chairs

    • If fitted table covers are soiled, please remove and set aside for maintenance staff to launder.
    • Put tables and chairs back to original set-up
    • For Gym:  Stack chairs on chair holders (10 high) and put tables away if able.  Use the large mop in the storage closet to dry mop the floor.

    Trash

    • Please be sure that large pieces of trash are picked up off the floor
    • If there is food waste in the garbage cans, please tie them closed and leave them in the can

    Lights

    • Turn off all lights including storage closets, kitchen, hallways, bathroom & gym
    • Gym lights are in the west double-door closet of the Gym in the round table room. To the left as you enter, there are 5 breakers on the top left. There is Sign posted on panel.
    • Fellowship Room hallway lights are located in the closet off the men's rest room in a breaker panel. Top 3 left side.

    Doors: All outside doors need to be closed and locked

    Thermostat: Thermostat should be turned to original settings
