Question #1:

I understand timesheets are due Mondays by 10:00 any time sheet that arrives after 10:00 am will NOT be processed until next week's payroll, no exceptions! This is your responsibility! The time sheet is considered invalid without the approval signature from the property manager. Time sheets without the approval signature will not be processed, until signed by the property manager. All over-time will not be paid without the manager's signature authorizing overtime. All temps are responsible to reach out to property managers and MetroPlex to make sure their timesheets were sent on time, signed and hours provided are correct. I understand this is solely my responsibility and not MetroPlex Staffings

I understand MetroPlex Staﬃng offers direct deposit, should I decide to have my check mailed I am releasing MetroPlex staﬃng of any and all responsibilities regarding my check. I also understand that MetroPlex staﬃng will have to put a stop payment on my check in which I will be charged a $30.00 stop payment fee and will have to wait until the following week when payroll is processed to receive a new check

Any injury in the workplace is to be reported immediately, within 24 hours. An agent from MetroPlex Staﬃng will instruct you of how to properly seek care upon reporting the injury within 24 hours. If you fail to report the injury immediately, your claim is invalid. MetroPlex Staﬃng will assist you on a facility to immediately have testing for drugs and alcohol prior to receiving care for such injury. Failing to report to a facility an Agent from MetroPlex Staﬃng instructs you to go to, will result in an invalid claim.

If I am hurt on the job and live in service I understand that I must choose a treating doctor from the list of doctors in the network. Or, may ask my HMO primary care physician to agree to serve as my treating doctor. If I select my HMO primary care physician as my treating doctor, I will call Texas Mutual Insurance Company at (844) 867-2338 to notify them of my choice.I must go to my treating doctor for all health care for my injury. If I need a specialist, my treating doctor will refer me to a specialist. If I need emergency care, I may go anywhere. Texas Mutual will pay the treating doctor and other network providers for the treatment for my compensable injury. I may have to pay the bill if I get health care for someone other than network doctor without prior network approval. Knowingly making a false workman's compensation claim may lead to a criminal investigation that could result in criminal penalties such as ﬁnes and imprisonment

InitialMetro Staffing has initiated an insurance plan designed to cover the event of a major loss or accident to the client or property while the contractor is performing services for the client or property. Participation of the program is mandatory unless the contractor can provide proof of financial responsibility such as insurance policies that meet the said clients minimum. The plan is for general liability purposes only. This is not health insurance or workman’s comp. This insurance will be deducted out of all payments as a reasonable rate of coverage.
InitialMetro Staffing will not be responsible for the contractor’s illegal or unlawful behavior, including, but not limited to theft, assault, drug use, or damage to the property while on assignment through Metro Staffing.
InitialAssociate must report immediately when your assignment has ended to MetroPlex Staffing office failure to do so may affect unemployment benefits. Associates are also asked to call in availability each week. Failure to do so may result in the denial of unemployment benefits.
InitialThe contractor shall invoice Metro Staffing every seven days submitting a timesheet detailing the time expended on the contract labor provided under the agreement. Metro Staffing will not issue payment until the timesheet is signed and approved by all the three parties: the contractor, the client property, and Metro Staffing. Metro Staffing will not honor timesheets submitted more than thirty (30) days after services are performed.
