Thank you for choosing JazzTasticAdventures, LLC, by filling out the Travel Request form below, the information provided will help me to quote your vacation package and ensure you will have the best deals.

During this time 3 separate quotes will be sent to you. There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE Service planning fee of $10 for single bookings (1-2 people)& for Groups 3 or more people a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $25 will be processed. NO exceptions.

Once the Service Planning fee has been submitted and confirmed, we will send a confirmation email within 4-5 business days with travel quotes.

To secure the quoted price, most vendors require a deposit or sometimes full payment at the time of price quote, being "Deposit Ready" at the time of the priced quote is very important. After vacation quote has been agreed upon, all payment information will be required to process payment to the vendor.

Group Travel- Everyone MUST pay the deposit together.

Once prices are confirmed and you are ready to proceed with one of the quotes, a Credit Authorization will be sent requesting authorization to process payments. Receipts will be provided for each payment given.
