REP THE FAITH BRAND AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT

This agreement outlines the terms and expectations for participants in the Rep The Faith Brand Ambassador Program. By joining the program, ambassadors agree to represent the brand in a way that aligns with its mission, values, and voice.

Program Overview 
Rep The Faith exists to boldly and stylishly represent faith through apparel, storytelling, and community engagement. As a brand ambassador, you are an extension of this mission, helping to build awareness and inspire others through your authentic presence, content, and voice.

Ambassador Commitments
As a Rep The Faith ambassador, you agree to the following:

Create original content featuring Rep The Faith products in a positive and respectful manner.
Tag @repthefaith and use brand-specific hashtags such as #RepTheFaith and #WornByBelievers in all related posts. 
Post content in alignment with the brand’s content guidelines and aesthetic.
Promote product drops, campaigns, and exclusive offers as communicated by the brand.
Submit content within agreed-upon timelines and maintain professionalism in all brand-related communication.

Content Usage and Rights
Ambassadors retain ownership of their original content. However, by participating in the program, you grant Rep The Faith a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to repost, repurpose, and promote your submitted content across brand platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, email marketing, website, and paid social ads) with appropriate credit.

Any product gifted as part of this program is provided for promotional use only and may not be resold or redistributed without written consent.

 

Program Ethics and Alignment
Ambassadors are expected to uphold the values and voice of Rep The Faith. The following conduct may result in removal from the program:

Sharing content that includes hate speech, profanity, violence, or messaging inconsistent with the brand’s mission and values.
Altering brand logos, designs, or messaging in ways that misrepresent Rep The Faith.
Posting misleading, dishonest, or offensive material in connection to the brand.
Rep The Faith reserves the right to discontinue any ambassador relationship at its sole discretion should actions or content be deemed misaligned with brand values.

Compensation
Participation in the Brand Ambassador Program is voluntary and non-monetary unless otherwise outlined in a separate agreement. Ambassadors may receive:

Rep The Faith products at no cost
A personalized discount code to share with their audience
Opportunities for brand features, early access to new product drops, or affiliate incentives (if applicable)
Any financial compensation or commissions must be discussed and documented separately in writing.

Agreement & Acceptance
By accepting a welcome package, using your personalized discount code, or participating in brand campaigns, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
