Air Carriers and Baggage: Some airlines may charge baggage fees, and policies may vary by carrier. Policy and fee info for your flight will be included in travel information provided prior to departure. Client is responsible for reading policies listed, and agrees to abide by stated terms.

Travel protection is optional; however, I do strongly recommend it, especially during hurricane season (June-November). It covers in case of cancellation, illness, or injury during travel (most US policies do NOT cover treatment outside the US), as well as reimburses additional expenses due to any weather events that may affect your travel plans. Be advised the cost of travel protection is nonrefundable.

I have been advised of the option to purchase travel insurance. I agree and understand my investment is at risk if travel insurance is not purchased.

Passports are required for travel outside of the United State and US territories. Each travel party member must have their own passport with valid expiration date at least 6 months past return date. Client is responsible for obtaining valid passport for travel.

Changes and Cancellations:

Travel suppliers may impose fees for any changes to or cancellations of purchased travel packages or elements of packages after initial deposit is made.

I have been advised of potential change/cancellation charges that may be implemented by the supplier in the event that I choose to cancel or change my booking after making the initial deposit.

*Credit card information for deposit: A credit card authorization form will be emailed to you and MUST be completed with a picture (front and back) of your Driver's License. This is to protect you against Fraud and to verify your identity. Booking is NOT confirmed until a deposit is made.

Credit card info is not kept on file unless requested. Client is responsible for ensuring payment information is received in a timely manner prior to due date to prevent cancellation of reservation.

I, the above-named authorized credit card user, give Takeisha Gilbert - Travel with Flare express authorization to charge my credit card for the purposes detailed above. I understand that this form constitutes a legally binding contract and that by affixing my signature to this form, I will be held responsible for all agreed upon (as stated above) charges as well as any and all collection and legal fees. This credit card is authorized for only the charges noted above and I understand that I must complete the credit card authorization to secure the booking. By signing this "Booking" form, I acknowledge receipt and understanding of its contents, including its "Explicit Authorization" clause.

Disclosure and Consent:

We make every effort to honor the package price quoted originally; however, under certain circumstances, your price may be subject to increase prior to full payment due to an increase in the cost for one or more of the travel components of your package. We will always notify you in such an event.

Prices will not increase after full payment is made, except for charges resulting from increases in government-imposed taxes or fees.
