This Agreement is made between:-
FRH Music (the Distributor of the Radio Show available for syndication)
and
{stationname} (the Radio Station who will broadcast the Radio Show)
and relates to
{showname} (the Radio Show to be syndicated)
FRH Music and {stationname} HEREBY AGREE:-
Show Distribution
1) FRH Music will distribute the Radio Show once per week on a Friday by email.
2) One hour shows will be issued as 1 x one hour segment only. Two hour shows will be issued as 1 x two hour segment, 2 x one hour segments and 4 x half hour segments for maximum flexibility.
3) FRH Music will use it's best endeavours to distribute the Radio Show in accordance with this agreement, but will bear no responsibility (financial or otherwise) for any delay or failure to provide the Radio Show due to technical difficulties, force majure or any other cause.
Radio Station Obligations
1) {stationname} agrees to broadcast the Radio Show in it's entirity as furnished by the Show Provider at least once per week on the day(s) and time(s) sheduled below. In the event that this is not possible for technical or other reasons, the show may be re-scheduled to the next best available time.
2) {stationname} shall not edit the Radio Show in any way.
3) {stationname} will be required by the Show Provider to complete a quarterly update form to to establish any changes to broadcast schedules.
Financial Obligations
1) The Radio Show will be provided free of charge to the Radio Station and no payment will be made or required by either party.
2) {stationname} will be soley responsible for paying all and any royalty or other fees arising from the broadcast of the Radio Show on it's station.
Ownership and Broadcast Rights
1) The Radio Show is distributed by FRH Music on a non-exclusive basis and the Radio Show may be aired on other stations at similar times and days within the same broadcast region.
2) The creator of the show retains full ownership and copyright to the Radio Show as well as related attributes and branding.
Termination of Agreement
1) This agreement can be terminated by either party upon giving the other 7 days notice by email.
