If my child needs medical attention, Orca Adventures has my permission to obtain it from any licensed physician; medical clinic or hospital and Orca Adventures may act in my place in this regard. All medical costs related to a student’s injury are the full responsibility of the student’s parents or guardian. There will be a separate form explaining COVID precautions and protocols.
