Whelping
Whelping service will provide the mother and her puppies with a safe and loving environment. We offer around the clock care for puppies. We will provide the best care for each litter. A mother is normally expected to deliver around day 63 of her pregnancy, so one day can throw off the normal timing whelping period. Please keep in mind if you take puppies out sooner than 63 days you are putting them at high risk of being Premature and not fully developed. It is very important that you let us know ahead of time if we are dealing with a full term litter or premature. For new born puppies the first two weeks are all about sleeping and eating. After 14 days puppies go through physical change they begin to see, hear, and walk. By 21 days puppies are ready to explore and just about ready to return to owner. Due to us not being able to groom mother for 14 days due to stitches she must be fully groomed before C-SECTION and WHELPING drop off (bath) (dewormed). We take cross contamination very serious we can not have other puppies at risk of getting sick.
What to expect
We will keep you updated about your litter progress daily/weekly. With weight checks, feeding, whats going on and how they are progressing. We will take pictures / videos of the puppies and send them to you. Follow us on instagram @qualityoverquantity_whelping @qualityoverquantity_kennel for additional updates. We will provide a safe, clean, and healthy environment for mother and litter they will receive proper socialization while in our home. Whelping service includes 24/7 care for mother and puppies. Whelping boxes are changed mulitple times a day. Puppies are cleaned mulitple times a day to make sure they are not sitting in urine or species. At 3 weeks puppies will be wean off their mother depending on growth progress. After 14 days mother will recieve a full grooming (bath) before she returns home.

Scheduling
By filling out this form you are agreeing to book whelping service with Quality Over Quantity. This form must be completed two weeks in advance of c-section date.
Pricing
Whelping services are no longer available at weekly rates. This form must be filled out prior to due date. You are able to drop off litter right after delivery or c-section. Mother's boarding fee is included in price. Payments must be made in full. After filling out this form a $200 deposit must be sent to one of the payment options below In order to hold spot deposit goes towards payment. Do not send deposit for weekly boarding, prenatal care, or C-Section Transporting payment must be made in full for those services.

Prenatal Care
$45 a day / $315 week
Care consist of monitoring and caring for mother while pregnant. We will make sure she is eating healthy and taking supplements that's best for her and puppies prior to c-section birth. Mother must be picked up 2 weeks before c-section date. We now offer C-Section transporting with additional charge. Owner is responsible for vet visits. For this only fill out pets name, owners information, drop off date.
Weekly Boarding
$45 a day / $315 week
Owner is responsible for bringing food, collars, leash. For this only fill out pets name, owners information, drop off date. This package is usually for owners that need daycare for work, vacations ect.
C-Section Transporting
$1,370
With this service I will meet with owner to pick up pregnant mother and take her to get c-section. After c-section is completed I will notify the owner how many puppies and how the mother is doing (pictures and videos will be sent at this time along with notes). After notifying owner puppies and mom will go straight to whelping location. This price covers c-section up to 8 puppies, reverse progesterone test, and transporting mom and puppies.
Out Of Town Clients
For out of town clients you are responsible for getting pregnant mother to IIllinois prior to her C-Section date. She will be monitored and have regular temperature checks until C-Section day. Price would include how many weeks of whelping plus c-section transporting.
