Waiver:

I hereby make the above entry subject to NRCHA rules. Neither the NRCHA, SRCHA, Four Lakes Cowhorse Show nor Moose Jaw Exhibition Company will be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury to a competitor, animal or property. By my signature below I hereby acknowledge that I meet the criteria for eligibility to compete in the classes entered according to the guide-lines set forth in the NRCHA rulebook. 

 

Waiver

 By completing and submitting this entry package for the Four Lakes Cowhorse Show, I acknowledge that I meet the criteria for eligibility to compete in the classes entered according to guidelines that are set in the NRCHA rule book, or SRCHA for those applicable classes. I also acknowledge that riding and showing reined cow horses are inherently dangerous that pose substantial risk of serious injury or death and possible property damage. In consideration for the right to participate in the activity, or any other activity that I may participate in at the Four Lakes Cowhorse Show I assume any and all risk of injury or death and release Four Lakes Cowhorse, the Saskatchewan Reined Cow Horse Association, and its volunteers, Board Members, representatives, and any/ all other agents associated with the Four Lakes Cowhorse Show from liability for any personal injury, property damage, or death that occurs from those activities. I further agree to release and hold harmless the Four Lakes Cowhorse Show, Saskatchewan Reined Cow Horse Association, its volunteers, representatives, and any/all agents and anyone else working at the event who through negligence or carelessness otherwise might be liable in damages to registrant. This waiver of liability shall be binding on Registrants heirs, representatives, dependants, and successors in interest. I have read and understand the terms and conditions of the entry into the Four Lakes Cowhorse Show and agree to abide by the terms and conditions in the NRCHA rule book. I have the authority and hereby do, by making this entry assume responsibility for and bind owner, rider, and or agent to these terms and conditions of this waiver of liability. I warrant that I am of legal age, or am the parent or legal guardian of the participant entered and I have read and fully understand the terms. Must sign below to accept waiver.
