  • I understand that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require that you notify me at least 48 HOURS in advance.  This helps protect my time and my clients so that I can continue to deliver upon my promise of exceptional service

    Cancellations and rescheduled appointments with less than 48 HOUR notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% OF SERVICE PRICE. Missed appointments (NO-SHOWS) will be charged 100% OF SERVICE PRICE. THIS FEE IS Non-refundable and CAN NOT be put towards any future service.

    I understand you have a busy schedule and allow a grace period of 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment I may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate your service. If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, your appointment will be considered a NO-SHOW and you will be charged 100% of your service.  

  • DEPOSITS 

     

    Some appointments require extra time and preparation to accommodate. Appointments that are very time-sensitive and/or require materials to be specially purchased for the service (such as but not limited to, hair extensions, multi process color, color correction, etc) may require a deposit upon booking. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel/reschedule with less than 48HOUR NOTICE or NO-SHOW, you forfeit deposit and a new deposit must be made to reschedule 

  • AGREEMENT 

    By booking an appointment with Vanessa L. Hair, you acknowledge that you have read and understood my booking, cancellation and deposit policy and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated
