Current RBCS families should use this form to submit their schedule preference for the 2026-2027 school year. All children currently enrolled and attending RBCS are guaranteed placement for next school year. However, you are not guaranteed any particular schedule - not your desired schedule or the schedule your child is currently attending.
Children will be placed in the order that the schedule request forms are completed. Guarantee of schedule choice is granted to top donors ($1,000+) and volunteer chairmen, provided they choose schedules that are valid for their child's age.
This form can also be used to request a schedule for a sibling of a currently enrolled child. We cannot guarantee placement of siblings. However, we will try to accommodate siblings in a schedule that coordinates with your other child(ren) enrolled.
This form DOES NOT register your child for next school year. By submitting a schedule request, we will "pencil your child in" to your desired schedule. It allows you to temporarily hold your spot until you have time to complete the more extensive registration form.
In order to complete registration and secure your child's spot, you will need to complete the registration form by January 30. Registration fees will be billed with February tuition, and payment will be the final step to secure your child's schedule.
If your first schedule preference is not available, we will offer you a spot in your second preference and put you on the waitlist for your first preference (if your first preference is a valid request). You will be contacted if your first preference is not available before we bill any registration fees.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to volume of forms, we are unable to personally respond to each schedule request. However, you will be provided a confirmation of your child's enrollment once you have submitted the registration form and it has been processed.
