Class Information and Price:
1. All participants are required to review and sign the Release and Waiver form in person or complete it online before attending a class.
2. Access to our Release and Waiver is available on the Class Calendar page of our website (energizezumba.com).
3. Classes are operated with a minimum of 10 participants. If the minimum requirement is not met, the class may be canceled, with a class credit issued to your member account or a full refund provided for drop-in fees paid.
4. ENERGIZE Z FITNESS reserves the right to amend any class price. All class prices and tax quotes are subject to change prior to registration if circumstances require. Price increases will not affect participants who have paid in full at the time of booking.
5. Minors under the age of 18 must obtain consent from their parent/guardian to participate in the class by completing the Release and Waiver form.
6. Minors aged 12 and under must be accompanied and supervised by a fully paid adult participant.
Class Passes and Cancellations:
1. Class Pass packages are non-refundable and have specific expiration dates: 5 weeks for the 5-class pass and 10 weeks for the 10-class pass, both starting from the first day of use.
2. Upon reservation, credits will be deducted from the Class Pass package, and the balance will be updated in the system. An email request can be submitted to verify past bookings.
3. A class reservation can be withdrawn through the Zumba® Class Calendar on the website up to 6 hours prior to the class start time or by sending an email to energizezumba@gmail.com.
4. Class cancellation is not allowed within 6 hours of the class. In case of an emergency, please text 204-806-8549 or send an email to energizezumba@gmail.com to inform.
5. In the event of an emergency, a class credit can be applied back to the member's account when notice has been given within a reasonable time frame and approved by the owner.
6. Class Passes are intended for member use only. Each member must have their own account for bookings and purchases.
7. If you are purchasing a Class Pass for a family member or friend, please email us at energizezumba@gmail.com to confirm which member account to apply the Class Pass credits to.
Free Class or Free Trial Policy:
The offer of a free class or free trial, whether advertised on our business card or website, applies strictly as a first-time experience for new participants only. It is not applicable to individuals who have previously attended any class or program offered by ENERGIZE Z FITNESS. This policy ensures fairness and allows us to provide introductory opportunities to those who have yet to experience our classes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this guideline.
Updates to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to revise and update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All modifications are effective immediately upon posting on our website or other relevant platforms. It is your responsibility to periodically review the terms and conditions for any changes. Your continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any modifications. We appreciate your ongoing cooperation and understanding.
Company Schedule Changes:
ENERGIZE Z FITNESS reserves the right to make schedule changes necessitated by local conditions or for the comfort and welfare of participants.
Special Events
- Ticket Sales and Event Participation:
- All ticket sales for Zumba classes, workshops, or events hosted by ENERGIZE Z FITNESS are final and non-refundable.
- Participation in Zumba events requires prior ticket purchase, which constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Event Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- ENERGIZE Z FITNESS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule Zumba events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified, and alternative arrangements may be offered, such as rescheduling or class credits.
- Ticket Transfers and Attendance:
- Tickets are non-transferable without prior approval from ENERGIZE Z FITNESS. Requests for ticket transfers must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled event.
- Participants must arrive punctually for Zumba events. Latecomers may be denied entry or participation.
- Participant Responsibility:
- Participants are responsible for checking event details, including date, time, and location, before purchasing tickets. ENERGIZE Z FITNESS is not liable for any inconvenience or expenses incurred due to participant oversight.
- Event Modifications:
- ENERGIZE Z FITNESS reserves the right to modify event formats, schedules, or instructors without prior notice. Such changes will be communicated to participants via email or through the website.
Special Member Rewards:
- Exclusive Events:
- Active pass holders may attend exclusive events hosted by ENERGIZE Z FITNESS, subject to approval.
- Approval Policies:
- ENERGIZE Z FITNESS determines eligibility for special events and other rewards for active pass holders.
- Membership Benefits:
- Active pass holders enjoy additional benefits like priority booking and discounts on merchandise.
- Policy Changes:
- Policies for member rewards may change at any time, effective upon posting.
By participating in our Zumba program and maintaining an active pass, you agree to these terms regarding special member rewards.
