2025 Waiver Form for Club Dinghies

If you want to rent Club dinghies you will need to submit this Waiver Form after your onshore induction and then again at the start of each subsequent season.

You will only need to do the onshore induction if it is the first time you are obtaining approval for this type of boat.

We need a separate Form for each user or junior renter.

In the section below please tell us which types of boat you want to rent and whether you are renewing an approval from a previous season or seeking approval in that type of dinghy for the first time.
