This form is for clients who have seen me within the last year. if you haven't seen me in over a year, please fill out a new client appointment request so I can get caught up on your hair history. I will be in touch within 24-48 hours of your request during my work week to set up an appointment. All requests submitted on the weekend will be responded to by Tuesday.
