Twenty6 Productions and Buffalo Iron Works are proud to announce the fifth year return of the Cobblestone Live Music & Arts Festival. The festival's vendor village is one of the most important components of this community based event. Please apply below to be considered!   • We have limited space and appreciate anyone who is looking to be a part of this magical weekend. Please make sure to read all the information and to reach out to events@twenty6productions.com for any additional questions.

    Applications will stay open until we fill all of the vendor spaces within the footprint of the festival. We will be in touch  shortly after the initial application is recieved. 

     

    Dates & Event Times: 

    Friday, July 14, 2023 - 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM

    Saturday, July 15, 2023 - 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM

    Vendors must stay for the entire day of the event and cannot packup early. 

     

    Load-in Times:

    Friday, July 14, 2023 - 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

    Saturday July 15, 2023 - 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM 

    Vendors must be ready to go for when doors open. No exceptions.  For those vending both days, we have overnight security manning the festival for the night. Cobblestone Live, Twenty6 Productions and Buffalo Iron Works are not responsbile for any lost items.

     Cost to Participate:

    $150 = 10X10 space for Friday

    $200 = 10X10 space for Saturday

    $300 = 10X10 space for Friday and Saturday

    Vendors must have a Temporary Stand / Exhibitor License for this event from the City of Buffalo.

     Cobblestone Live Music & Arts Festival Vendor Agreement 

    The 2023 Cobblestone Live Music & Arts Festival Vendor Agreement is made and entered into as of the date listed on the last page of this agreement by Twenty6 Productions and between:

     

     

  • (hereinafter known as "VENDOR") and Twenty6 Productions (hereafter known as "Twenty6") for operation of a booth during the 2023 Cobblestone Live Music & Arts Festival to be held in downtown Buffalo, NY on Friday, July 14, 2023 from 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM and Saturday, July 15, 2023 from 12:00 PM - 11:00 PM.

    Both parties agree as follows:

    A.) Vendor Responsibilities

    • The VENDOR is required to supply tables, linens, and chairs for their booth. This is an outdoor event so a TENT IS REQUIRED. 
    • The VENDOR is responsible for staying at booth space and selling for the entire duration of the event on both days. Absolutely no breaking down booth before event ends for the day. Violators will not be invited to participate in future events.
    • The VENDOR shall not sell or donate space in its booth for advertising of any third party without prior written consent of Twenty6.
    • The VENDOR is responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
    • In the case of a cancellation, the VENDOR can receive a full refund for their vendor payment up until June 15th, 2023. If the VENDOR cancels participation after June 15th, they will not be issued a refund.
    • The VENDOR must notify Twenty6 of any needs for additional space, or anything not already provided. 

    B.) Responsbilites of Twenty6

    • Upon receipt of an executed copy of this agreement, and a paid vendor fee, Twenty6 shall provide as agreed upon to the VENDOR for the event: A ''10 X 10ft'' space at the event for select days, & advertisement of your business in relation to the event on marketing materials including the Cobblestone Live website, and social media sites.
    • Twenty6 has the right to review and deny any applicant.


    C.) Responsibilities of Both Parties - General Information

    • Twenty6 are not responsible for any lost or stolen items left overnight by the VENDOR. It is up to the discretion of the VENDOR to pack up their items in between sessions or not.
    • VENDOR sales locations are at the discretion of Twenty6. Vendors may begin setup of their booths when instructed by Twenty6.
    • A detailed packet outlining set up times, spot number, loading locations, and parking will be sent prior to the event.
    • Twenty6 shall have the right to terminate this agreement at any time shall the VENDOR fail to meet established standards and conditions set forth in this agreement and/or conduct sales activities not in good faith.
    • Twenty6 and VENDORS shall remain independent contractors, and nothing contained herein or done pursuant hereto shall be construed to create any relationship of principal and agent or employer and employee between the VENDOR and Twenty6.
    • If you are serving or sampling food it is suggested you contact Erie County Department of Health for applicable permits. 

    D. ) Vendor Requirements Overview:

    • Vendors must sell handcrafted products and/or have their own local store (no Multi-Level Marketing businesses please)
    • Vendors must provide their own table/setup, and tent.
    • If you would like more space, there is the option to purchase two spaces adjacent to each other for the purchase of another space.  Please make note of any specifics or notes regarding your space down below and ahead of time.
    • Vendors must vend for both days, be set up on time and make sure when they leave, their space looks like it was when they arrived - cleaned and free of debris/ garbage.
    • Vendors must park in the designated parking areas to ensure ample space for attendees to park. Vendors found in violation will not be allowed back.
