Please note that Land Surveying is a regulated industry with very specific rules and requirements we must adhere to. We cannot survey a portion of a property. We are required to survey the entire property to determine or mark property lines, even if the property was previously surveyed.

If unsure on the type of survey you need, below is a list of the most common surveys we provide with descriptions to help you choose.
ALTA Survey - Typically used for commercial property purchases, refinances or improvements. An ALTA or ALTA/ACSM survey is based on standards put forth jointly by the American Land Title Association and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping . By utilizing a universal standard, an ALTA survey provides confidence that results are guaranteed.
Boundary Survey - Used to identify a property’s boundary lines. The surveyor will set (or recover) the property corners and produce a detailed plat or map. This type of survey is necessary for construction and permit purposes.
Topographic Survey - Includes field measurement and preparation of a plat to establish land elevations. Typically contracted by a residential or commercial property owner before making improvements to the property such as, but not limited to, additions, landscaping or parking lots.
Lot Split – Used when selling or separating a portion of the land.
Lot combo – Used when purchasing an adjoining property to one currently owned.
