To ensure the accuracy of your body composition scan, please follow the below guidelines 2 hours prior to your scheduled scan:
- Drink 10-12 ounces of water
- No strenuous physical activity
- No food consumption
- No caffeine, energy drinks, alcohol
- Avoid doing scan during monthly cycle
Scan schedule is set for 1/22-1/31. If these times do not work for you, please reach out to the studio, so we can find a different time. We are able to do them past 1/31.
