Important Information:

Please be aware that there is a $50 delivery fee within 50 miles of Greater Indianapolis. Deliveries outside of the 50 mile radius will have an adjusted delivery fee beginning at $50. 

$100 Tear down service is included on all orders that require return service. 

7% Tax on all orders unless tax exempt non profit organization.

Full payment is required when booking if booking within 30 day window. Events greater than 30 days away have a modified retainer amount based on their event. 

All decor must be ordered at least 2 weeks in advance. Color changes and decor modifications are not allowed once payment has been made.

Cancellations should be emailed to arthaus@arthausballooncompany.com and must be requested 30 days in advance of original event date. No Refunds/Exchanges/Transfers - Canceled events will receive a credit that is valid up to one year after originally scheduled event date. Credit expires after 1 year.
