The Receptionist position is exclusively for Family Counselling Centres ,under the Safe City Project. Under this project, there are 30 Centres for Development and Empowerment of Women (CDEW)s or Family Counselling Centres, Counselling to the victims of Domestic Violence overall Hyderabad.
The Receptionist role is very critical to centre operations. She would be the first point of contact with those walking into the Counselling Center. In addition to Front Desk Management responsibilities, the Receptionist also captures the initial information and books slots for counselling to cases assigned to her centre.
She also maintains the books of record at the Centre, including expense registers, attendance register etc., and is responsible for keeping all case files current and complete. Based on instructions of the Centre Counsellor, she will be responsible for making follow up calls and update schedules on the online counselling platform. The Receptionist is also responsible for Asset Upkeep, including AMC management etc. She will be responsible for other work as assigned by the Centre Administrator.

- Candidates who have already undergone the final interview round in recently and not cleared the selection process need not apply until after a break of atleast 6 months
