REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER CHALLENGE:

$30.00 ENTRANCE FEE

This fee will contribute to the pot for the cash prize.

There is a cash prize for the best transformation.

1st place will recieve $400 cash, a limited edition Gramz Fitness T-shirt and a 30 day unlimited class bundle.

2nd place will recieve a supplement bundle and a limited edition Gramz Fitness Tshirt valued, and a 30 day unlimited class bundle. Package valued up to $200.

3rd Place will recieve a limited edition Gramz Fitness T-shirt, and a 30 day unlimited class bundle.

The people's Choice category Prize will include $150 cash, a limited edition Gramz Fitness T-shirt and a 30 day unlimited class bundle.

In addition to being in a competitve and encouraging enviornment you will receive:

Zoom meeting where a nutrtion seminar will be held, discuss goal setting and a Q&A at the end.

Workout plan, Cardio tips, Nutriton Ebook, Inbody Scan 

Support, Motivation,

and a Schduled follow-up.

 

CHALLENGE DETAILS:

• Sign ups must completed by 20 January 2024
• Weigh ins and photos submitted via email.
• Photos and weight submitted via email MUST be accompined with a paper displaying the date the photos were taken.
• Submit photos and weight to gramzfitnesschallenge@gmail.com 
• All body fat entries MUST be done at the gym on our inbody scale. 
• After Pictures and Stats MUST be submitted NO LATER than 11:59PM EST March 9, 2024. **No Exceptions**.
• In order to ENTER challenge and be ELIGIBLE to win the prizes ALL details and requirements MUST BE met.
• 3 Winners will be selected. 1 Winner will be selected for Best Transformation through a bracket system voted on by our followers on Instagram this is "The People's Choice" category. 
• 1st, 2nd, 3rd placings will be picked and placed by Gramz Fitness Trainers.
• *PEOPLE'S CHOICE* This category will have one winner. This will be based on tranformation photos from the last 60 days. This is the best transformation category. Your before and after photos will be placed at random in a bracket. It will be voted on by our followers. The winner of each round will advance until it is a winner.
