Signature * I agree that Allied Financial Resources has a loan funding contingency fee of 10% of the total loan amount. The funding contingency fee is due to Allied Financial Resources within 2 business days from receiving access to the funds. A late fee will accrue 2 business days after I receive access to the funds, the accruing late fees will be $50.00 each day. Allied Financial Resources accepts payment by invoice. Signature * There will never be any application costs or fees to be paid up front. Fees would only be paid if I take the loan and only then after the loan funded to my account. Signature * I am under no obligation to accept any loan presented to me from Allied Financial Resources. Signature * I understand that there will be a late fee of $50 per day if I am not able to make payment within 2 business days of receiving access to the funds. Signature * I understand that if I accept a loan over $75,000, my contingency fee will be reduced to 5% of total amount.
