The HLS Drama Troupe is taking "Our Town" to La Grange, Kentucky, only 22 miles from Louisville. After receiving high acclaim when they performed this Pulitzer Prize winning show in October, the decision was made to consider offering the show again, and what better place to do it than in a small historic town similar to the town depicted in the play.

This "play within a play" tells the story of Grover's Corners, New Hampshire through the everyday lives of its citizens in the early 1900s. Written to be performed using minimal set pieces and very few props, this is a perfect show to take "on the road."

After going for many years without any live theater performances, La Grange is excited to be able to offer this experience to the community and tourists who often visit the nearly 200-year-old city known for having a train that runs down the middle of Main Street.
