• FloydFest 2023 FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION

  • Please submit a completed application and a non-refundable $15 registration fee by March 1, 2023. Late applications will not be accepted. Full vendor payment is not required with the application; only the $15 application fee. Acceptance notification will be sent via email by March 15th, 2023. Accepted vendors will be emailed an acceptance letter with payment instructions. All payments must be received by April 15th, 2023 or the vendor space will be forfeited.

    Application is not a guarantee of acceptance. Previous attendance as a vendor is not a guarantee of acceptance. There is a high demand for spots and we make our selections carefully based on perceived quality, style and type of products, as well as appropriate fit with overall vibe of the festival.

  • Full-Service Food Vendors receive:

         SIX (6) Vendor admission tickets

       ONE (1) VENUE Parking Pass

    ONE (1) Staff/Vendor Parking Pass

         FOUR (4) Vendor Tent Tags

     

    Specialty Food Vendors receive:

         THREE (3) Vendor admission tickets

         ONE (1) VENUE Parking Pass

         TWO (2) Vendor Tent Tags

     

     All tickets are emailed in advance of the festival.

    All Full-Service and Specialty Vendors are expected to participate in our voucher program. AtWP prepares food vouchers based on submitted menu prices.

    In compliance with the State of Virginia Fire Code, FloydFest will be providing tenting for full-service food vendors. This cost will be passed on to the vendors in a tenting fee included in the above pricing.

    Additionally, propane will now be distributed and managed through FloydFest. This cost will be passed on to vendors in a propane fee included in the above pricing.

    All vendors will be subject to search when entering the festival grounds by festival security.

    *Limited* electricity is included in your vendor fee; electrical usage must be limited to only what is required to operate the booth. We recommend bringing 100’ of outdoor electrical extension cord.

    Water hookups are available; please bring sufficient supply of hosing to run from main water source splitter to individual booth spaces.

    Submission of this application signifies your understanding and acceptance of, and agreement to abide by the Rules & Regulations of FloydFest if invited to participate.
