Join us for a 30 minute body weight workout, guaranteed to get you warmed up and sweating. Our typical workout can include weights in the form of kettlebells and dumbbells, but not today.
HIIT
High intensity workouts are meant to get your heart rate up quickly, while often times giving you a recovery time in between sets. High intensity means "relative to you", that means that everyones speed and level should and will look different.
