AGREED TEACHING INSTRUCTOR FEES AND EXPENSES - Payment: Fees to be paid immediately upon completion of engagement. Any approved expenses will be reimbursed at the same time.

CANCELLATIONS

MAG may cancel a class up to 1 week before the date of the first class and will not be responsible for any fees. If the instructor cancels without approved reason, MAG will not be responsible for any fees or expenses incurred by the instructor.

In the case of unforeseen circumstances that affect all of the classes (weather, personal illness or other acceptable circumstance) every effort shall be made by both parties to reschedule and re-book on dates amicable to both parties. In the case of unforeseen circumstances that affect an individual class (weather, personal illness or other acceptable circumstance), it will be the responsibility of the instructor to contact the students to reschedule the individual class and to contact the MAG education coordinator to determine the availability of the teaching space
Upon submission of the contract, the instructor understands that information provided may be used for the MAG newsletter, web site, any publicity and the Delaware Division of the Arts (DDOA) website and gives permission for publicity, and further guarantees images are the instructor’s original creations or has permission to use images submitted if not in the public domain. In addition, the instructor will submit an Instructor's Worksheet within one week of submission of this contract.. You will receive a link to this worksheet upon submission of this contract.*
